2. Power Pass Subscription Services

2.1 Plans & Pricing

Esh7anly provides subscription passes (3 Months, 12 Months) allowing users to access, pick up, and exchange power banks across network stations in Kuwait. Subscriptions can be initiated via WhatsApp or through the Esh7anlyq Mobile Application on Android & chargeforme Mobile Application on iOS.

2.2 Station Usage Rules

• Pickup & Exchange: Subscribers can pick up a charged power bank from any active Esh7anly station and swap empty power banks for fully charged ones.
• Fair Use & Care: Users must handle power banks with reasonable care.
• Loss or Damage: If a power bank is lost or severely damaged/broken while in your possession, you will need to purchase a new power bank and pay its cost to continue enjoying the service for the remainder of your subscription period.

3. Product Retail & Hardware Sales

3.1 Hardware Purchase (Portable Charger PB-B06)

Esh7anly offers hardware power bank units (Model: PB-B06) for direct purchase at 12.000 KWD.

Specifications for Model PB-B06 include a 5000mAh 3.7V Li-polymer battery, built-in Lightning, Type-C, and Micro-USB cables, 5V ⎓ 2A input, and 5V ⎓ 2.1A output.

3.2 Promotional Offers

• Hardware purchases may include promotional offers, such as a FREE 3-Month Subscription to the station network.
• Promotional offers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Payments and Billing

• All pricing listed on the website is denominated in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD).
• Payments must be completed through supported digital payment gateways (via App, WhatsApp checkout, or authorized payment links).
• Subscription fees are charged on a recurring or upfront basis according to the selected duration.

5. Mobile Application and User Conduct

• Users downloading and interacting with the Esh7anlyq Mobile Application on Google Play & chargeforme Mobile Application on the App Store are responsible for keeping account login details secure.
• You agree not to reverse engineer, tamper with, or intentionally disable Esh7anly kiosks, stations, or hardware units.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Esh7anly Kuwait provides charging power banks designed with multi-protection safety features. However, Esh7anly is not liable for secondary damages to personal devices resulting from user misuse, improper voltage inputs/outputs beyond stated technical specifications, or physical tampering with the battery cells.
• Service availability at individual station kiosks may vary based on station power, connectivity, or stock levels.
